1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Liquid Clock (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You may use the App only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where that restriction is prohibited by law, or use the App in a way that could harm Liquid Clock or other users.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer premium features, one-time purchases, or auto-renewing subscriptions ("In-App Purchases"). In-App Purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account and are also subject to Apple's terms and policies.

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
Renewals: If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, it will renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Managing subscriptions: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
Refunds: Liquid Clock does not process refunds directly. Refund requests must be made through Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies.
Price changes: We may change pricing for the App or any In-App Purchases at any time. Any changes will take effect as permitted by the App Store.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, branding, and related content, is owned by Liquid Clock or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not give you ownership of the App or any of its content.

5. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Liquid Clock disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liquid Clock will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Apple-Specific Terms

These terms are between you and Liquid Clock, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App, except as required by applicable law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the App creates risk or legal exposure for Liquid Clock.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after any update means you accept the revised terms.
